Daisy
Girl Scouts are named after Girl Scout founder Juliette
"Daisy" Gordon Low. Daisies are girls 5 years
old and in kindergarten or first grade. A minimum of two
adults leads each troop.
Daisy
Girl Scouts learn about their community and participate
in field trips on a local level. They learn about the importance
of community service. Daisy Girl Scouts have a special "Daisy
Scrapbook" which teaches them about the Girl Scout
program and is geared specifically for their age level.
Daisy
Girl Scouts do not participate in product sales. Parents
support troop activities.
