Daisy
Society
Any
girl can qualify to become a member of the Daisy Society
and receive a segment of the patch when the following criteria
is met:

When a donation of $25.00 or more is made in honor of a
girl to the Friends Campaign, the girl will receive a segment
of the Daisy Society patch. (One piece of the patch can
be received each calendar year.)

The donation may be made on the girl's registration form
or at any time during the calendar year. (Donations made
other than at the time of registration will need to have
the name of the girl the gift is honoring and the girl's
troop number attached.)

The patch will be mailed with the thank you acknowledgment
to the parent/guardian of the girl.

Use the forms below to make your donations. Forms may be
printed and mailed in with your donation. Use the appropriate
form with your chosen donation method. Donations should
be mailed to the Athens office at 185 Newton Bridge Road,
Athens, GA 30607 c/o LaDon Shaw.
All
donors will appear in the Annual Report.
